These include Open Statistics, Link Statistics, Bounce Statistics, Unsubscribe Statistics and Forwarding Statistics. See below for more detail.
Open Statistics
- Total Emails
- Total Opens (Total number of opens recorded against this email (including multiple opens)
- Most Opens (Date/Time)
- Total Unique Opens (Unique Opens only records the number of opens once for each email in this campaign)
- Average Opens
- Open Rate (%)
- Exact email addresses with date/time
Link Statistics
- Total Clicks
- Individual links that have been clicked
- Total Unique Clicks
- Most Popular link
- Average Clicks (Per Email Open)
- Click-through Rate (%)
Bounce Statistics
- Total Bounces
- Total Soft Bounces
- Total Hard Bounces
- Exact bounce email adresses with reason and time
Unsubscribe Statistics
- Total Unsubscribes
- Exact email addresses with date/time
Forwarding/Send to Friend Statistics available
- Forwarded By (email address)
- Forwarded To (email address)
- Date Forwarded (i.e. September 1 2010, 4:11 pm)
- Is Subscribed to a List? (i.e. yes/no)
